2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of MA, NY, NJ, MD, VA, DC who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway starts at on September 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on October 4. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. How to Enter
To enter (must do all):

• Like the giveaway post
• Tag [1] friend in the comments
Each comment that tags a different friend counts as one entry. Your account must be public at the time of the drawing so we can verify your entry. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud, multiple accounts, automated scripts, bots, or other deceptive means may result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
50 winner swill be chosen in a random drawing on or around October 5, 2026 from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive. We will notify the winner by DM from @tattebakery only. The winner must reply within [48] hours, or we may choose an alternate winner.
Please note that we will never ask for payment or banking information.
6. Prize
Fifty (50) of you will win a $50 gift card for you and a $50 gift card for a tagged friend. The gift card:
• is redeemable only at participating Tatte locations
• has no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted
• is subject to Tatte’s standard gift card terms
• Only one winner per account
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue tax documentation to prize winner
7. General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may modify or cancel the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
8. Release and Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and Instagram/Meta from any liability related to the giveaway or the prize. Where permitted by law, the winner also agrees that Sponsor may use their name and Instagram handle to announce the winner, without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
Entry information is used only to run this giveaway.
11. Winner Selection
Potential winners will be notified by Instagram message from Tattebakery account. Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification attempt. If a potential winner
· Cannot be contacted;
· Fails to respond within the specified time;
· Is found ineligible;
· Declines the prize; or
· Fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable messages, spam filters, or technical issues affecting notification.
12. Winner Name
To get the winner’s name DM @tattebakery or write to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
13. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, statements, and other identifying information for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
14. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
